I have an undergraduate degree in neuroscience with a minor in women's and gender studies from Muhlenberg College and a master's degree in mental health counseling from Johns Hopkins University.
I have experience working with clients individually and in groups and I value the importance of creating a safe and trusting space to promote reflection and resiliency. I entered the mental health field working at an HIV clinic in New Orleans and continued my work in a hospital, outpatient, and college counseling setting. I have experience providing LGBTQ+ affirming and trauma-informed care. In my free time, I enjoy practicing the ukulele, hiking, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
