I have close to 20 years of customer years of customer service experience in both front line customer facing roles and as a leader of those in those roles.
To me, great customer service needs to be part of each step of the process as industries would not exist without their client. I’m also a passionate advocate about having discussions that bring more awareness to mental health treatment.
