Therapist
I have a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California.
After receiving a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Canterbury Christ Church University, I pursued a Master's degree in social work in order to break down the barriers that prevent many people from accessing mental health services. Every client, in my opinion, is unique, and their stories reflect their strengths and resiliency. I offer client-centered counseling and strive to make my clients feel safe and supported. I have received training in the use of evidence-based interventions such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and problem-solving therapy.
