What I do at Aspire.
I began working as an intern therapist at Aspire in September 2023. After finishing my degree and becoming licensed, I was thrilled to return to Aspire as a full-time therapist in August 2025.
Why I became a Therapist.
My decision to become a counselor stems from my strong belief in the life-changing potential of mental health treatment. I find great meaning in the opportunity to help others navigate challenges, work toward personal growth, and build resilience in the face of difficulties. Being a therapist allows me to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to create an authentic connection and offer support and hope.
Why I chose to work at Aspire.
I chose to work at Aspire due to its dynamic, supportive, and creative community of caring people. In my experience as an intern and now as a therapist, the team at Aspire has supported me and encouraged me to grow as a mental health professional.
My Hobbies and Interests.
My hobbies and interests include reading, traveling, music, and taking walks around the area. Recently I have been enjoying teaching myself to paint with watercolors. My favorite activity is spending time with family, especially at the beach.
