After graduating Cum Laude with a degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College, I obtained my Masters Degree from Loyola University Maryland.
I counseled in schools for over a decade, after which I completed the Masters Plus at Loyola, obtaining the designation of Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC). I am a solution-focused and compassionate therapist dedicated to building upon an individual’s strengths. My goal is to create a safe space for clients to express their specific needs and facilitate a therapeutic partnership.I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults and families that need help in managing a variety of issues including, though not limited to, anxiety, depression, mood disorders and substance abuse. In my spare time I enjoy running around with my 5-year-old son, painting (attempting to, at least), and reading!
