As a clinician trained in the Narrative Therapy approach, I work under the assumption that people are never problems - problems are problems. Coming into a therapeutic relationship with me, I seek to honor, affirm and hold space for how forces of oppression, marginalization and domination can impact life in myriad ways. My approach relies on a foundation of understanding that while I may come with certain knowledge and training, the expert in the room is always you, the client.Outside of my work, you can find me singing in a local choir, making art, or cooking new vegetarian meals.
