Before joining Aspire, I previously worked for Johns Hopkins in a Case Management department servicing a maternal child health program. I also have experience in a variety of mental health settings including a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program for children and adolescents coping with anxiety, depression, trauma and mood disorders. My goal is to listen first and use your feedback to develop a treatment plan that fits your personal needs. It is my belief that there is no “one size fits all” approach to helping clients. I strive to provide a safe and welcoming environment that allows for growth and new experiences. For fun, you can find me playing with my Goldendoodle, hiking the Great Smokies or traveling across the U.S. to visit my family in Missouri and Arkansas (an 18-hour drive!).
